Hygiene Standard:
In the GB 15979-2024 standard, the microbiological indicators and physical and chemical indicators of sanitary napkins are specified in detail. Microbiological indicators include total bacterial colony count, total fungal colony count, etc., and physical and chemical indicators include full length deviation, strip quality deviation, water absorption rate, absorption rate, pH value, formaldehyde content, migratable fluorescent substances, etc.
Main raw materials:
Sanitary napkins are generally composed of three parts: the surface layer, the absorption layer and the bottom layer. The surface layer is in direct contact with the skin, and the commonly used materials include PE perforated film and cotton surface layer; the absorption layer is mainly a polymer formed by cotton, non-woven fabrics, fluff pulp or a composite of the above materials; the bottom layer is usually made of special polyethylene plastic film.
Quality inspection:
The quality inspection of sanitary napkins includes the inspection of raw materials and the inspection of finished products. The inspection items include pH value, formaldehyde content, migratable fluorescent substances, etc. Enterprises need to issue corresponding test reports to ensure that the products meet national standards.
